Regulatory agency fact sheets, Oakley site newsletters, and articles from local publications regarding the Oakley Site's history, investigation and remedy activities, and redevelopment are available through this website by visiting the Publications page. In addition, DuPont maintains a public repository in a designated section of the Oakley Public Library located at 1050 Neroly Road, Oakley, California. This repository contains copies of final reports describing the results of groundwater and surface water monitoring, as well as various investigations completed to date. - DFA1 Soil RFI Report: Executive Summary
- This report addresses the soil investigation results for the 26.6-acre area designated as Development Focus Area 1 (DFA1). Following approval of this report and completion of a groundwater characterization study and a release report for DFA1, this portion of the site is anticipated to be released for development by 2010.

- Groundwater monitoring is conducted every quarter at the DuPont Oakley Site, and reports are provided semi-annually. This report covers the results of groundwater monitoring activities conducted throughout 2008.

- Surface water monitoring is conducted semi-annually at the DuPont Oakley Site (in the wet and the dry seasons), and reports are provided semi-annually. This report covers the results of surface-water monitoring activities conducted throughout 2008.

- Phase 2 Groundwater RFI Report: Executive Summary
- The results of the second phase of groundwater investigation are presented in this report. Activities were conducted from mid-2004 through 2007.

- The report presents the results of the first of three phases of a groundwater RCRA Facility Investigation at the Oakley Site. The investigations covered by this report took place from 2003 through mid-2004.

- Phase 1 Soil RFI Report: Executive Summary
- The objective of the Phase 1 Soil RFI was to characterize the nature and extent of constituent releases and the potential human-health risks to support the future redevelopment of the Oakley Site as a business park with a mix of industrial, commercial, and retail uses.

- PRB Construction Completion Report: Introduction, Summary, and Conclusions
- This report describes the construction activities completed during construction of the PRB wall described in the Phase 1 Groundwater Interim Measures Work Plan (above).

- DTSC Fact Sheet – Proposed Cleanup Completion for Three Parcels
- This fact sheet provides a brief history of the site and summarizes the actions taken to demonstrate that three parcels of land have not been impacted and were therefore eligible for release for development. These parcels were subsequently released by the DTSC.

- DTSC Fact Sheet – Proposed Cleanup Plans for Former DuPont Plant
- DuPont site history and investigations to date are summarized in this fact sheet, which also provides a discussion of how the PRB wall works and a proposal to remove small areas of soil impacted by agricultural chemicals (likely not tied to DuPont operations) on an adjacent property that was part of the original plant property purchase.

- Phase 1 Groundwater Interim Measures Work Plan: Introduction
- This work plan presents the justification and design for the full-scale permeable reactive barrier (PRB) installed at the Oakley Site in 2005. This passive PRB wall was installed across a portion of the Oakley site to reduce the levels of volatile organic compounds in Plume 1 groundwater.
